Furapy was founded by Cara Curtis‑Mays, a dedicated professional with a lifelong passion for animal wellbeing. Cara is a fully qualified and insured Veterinary Physiotherapist, having completed her MVetPhys Master’s Degree in 2020. With over 10 years of experience in the animal sector, including roles within leading veterinary referral hospitals and rehabilitation centres across the South, Cara brings extensive clinical knowledge and hands‑on expertise to every treatment.
Cara specialises in small animal clinical massage and has been a certified Caninology Canine Body Worker (CCBW) since 2018. Her approach focuses on tailored, evidence‑based therapies designed to support mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life for each individual pet.
